La semaine dernière, le Marché International de Rungis SEMMARIS a accueilli l’ouverture des Conférences de la souveraineté alimentaire, initiées par Mme la Ministre Annie Genevard dans le cadre de la Loi d’orientation agricole.
Ce choix n’est pas anodin : plus grand marché frais au monde, Rungis voit transiter 60% des produits frais d’Île-de-France et nourrit un quart de la population nationale.
